SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
After the customer places an order, it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Pre-orders arrive in one month or less when the season starts.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through your account. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process.
We do not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Guest Orders: If an order was placed using the guest check out option, please create an account to request and manage the return yourself. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to help facilitate the return.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
–Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
–Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
–Be returned with original tags and packaging
–Preorders and custom orders are not available for return
